Guidelines In Answering Customer Complaints.

Listen
- Turn on your ears, and turn off your lips. People who are upset tend to blame everything on the first person they talk to. Take full responsibility and say nothing. Never get defensive or interrupt the customer with your version of what happened, as this will only upset them further. It's critical that you remain silent and listen to everything they have to say.

Make Them Feel Understood
- Reconfirm what they have said. Tell them "Let me make sure I understand this correctly." Then paraphrase back to them what you have heard them say.

Apologize
- Even if you know the situation was not your fault, it is crucial that you accept full responsibility for the situation. You don't have to say it was your fault, but you do need to apologize for the fact that they feel upset or inconvenienced.
Apologize for what has happened, and let the customer know you will help them.

Fix it
- Let the customer know what you are going to do to resolve the problem. Tip - the faster you can resolve it the better.

Make the Customer Feel Valued and Not Like Just a Number

- When you are talking to a customer, address them with their name as often as you can, letting them know you are paying attention to them and valuing them as a person, rather that just a nameless customer who purchased a service from our Resort.

Always Practice Active Listening Skills

- When a customer calls, or approaches you with a question or concern, make sure you can focus one hundred percent on what they are saying. The only way to truly be able to resolve your customer's issue is to give all of your attention to the matter at hand, so you can properly analyze and interpret the situation for an accurate diagnosis. Active listening requires you to ask questions for clarification so to best understand the problem. This in turn let's the customer know you are listening to what they are saying, and doing your best to solve their issue.

Make Customers Feel Understood, Even When They Are Wrong

- If a customer has an issue with us, even if you know that they are being a bit too demanding or picky, remember that they are 'right.' Listen to what they have to say, without interrupting. Even if you don't agree, simply apologize that your customer feels upset or disturbed (you don't need to imply it was their fault or your fault, simply apologize that they feel upset) and offer to replace, refund or compensate them in some way.

FIRTS TOUR is so much memorable

My first travel experience happened in Puerto Galera. Puerto Galera is also part of Luzon. This is the first travel that I'm not with my parents. In this travel, I am accompanied by my fellow tourism students and our Dept. head, together with some of our professors. On our way to Puerto Galera we rode a bus that would take us to Batangas Port. We take a RORO from Batangas Port to Puerto Galera Port and a jeepney from Puerto Galera Port to the Nirvana Hotel and Resort. We left school at 7:00 am and arrived in the resort at 3:00pm. When we arrived, we ate first. The foods were delicious. The workers there have some similarities when it comes to the color of their skin. Their all somehow burnt in color. But I find them sexy because of it.

We checked-in and our keys were given by our professors. I was in the room next from the main resort. I feel good being there even though it’s not the main one because we have our own pool in the place. Our room is big and beautiful. In our room there’s 3 big beds and 2 folding beds, enough beds for ten of us. Students that are on the main resort were not allowed to go to our place but we are allowed to go to there’s. We were oriented by the tour guides. After the orientation we were grouped by the tour guides for a cheer dance competition as part of the amazing race. The first game was held on that evening. Continuition of the amazing race happened on our 2nd day there.

Amazing race is a game of tasks to be completed to the students. We must have determination and dedication. It was a race that needs team work and cooperation. It was so much fun. The feeling was amazing. It feels like we are playing on a paradise. We were able to travel in many places in Puerto Galera by playing the games they organized. The places we’ve been by doing the amazing race were Bulabod beach and White beach. We went to those beaches without even knowing the way nor the direction. We searched thoroughly  for the key into the pool to be able to start the jeepney to the beach. The driver we had only follow if we said “andar and hinto” and never talked to us because it was part of the game. We have to find the next destination by our selves. The Bulabod beach has very  fine pebbles and clean seashore. The white beach was also a wonderful beach with outstanding scenery. I have seen many tourists walking in the beach. The last beach we’ve been was the Haligi beach. We went there by taking a small boat. We did snorkeling there which becomes my favorite activity in everything we did in our tour.. While snorkeling, I’ve seen a lot of tiny fishes of color's black. While snorkeling I feed the fishes and they are having fun eating. I also rode into a Banana Boat. It was really great and I had so much fun! We went back to the resort and I swim a little while into the pool. The next thing was fixing my things and waved goodbye to Puerto Galera. We’ve been in Puerto Galera in 3 days and 2 nights.

TO SIR MIRANDA !!

I'm Mievell Wines Vargas. I am now 16. I was born July 31,1994 in Mindanao, Surigao del norte. My friends usually call me Megs, my family calls me Meg-meg, and Mag-mag.
I'm a tall girl with the height of 5'8. I love it when my hair is long that's why I don't want my hair to be short. I often watch DVD's whenever I get bored. I love listening to music, sometimes I like rock and sometimes RNB songs. I tend to be silent at times of first meeting. But when you get to know me much better I’m nice, jolly and fun to be with. There are times that i dont want to talk, but there are also times that you cant stop me from talking. I also love surprises. Red, white, and pink Roses are my favorite flowers since I was a child. The color that my eyes are attracted the most is black. My favorite singer is Taylor Swift. I love her hair and voice.Presently, I'm the class vice president of BST-1A. Having a healthy lifestyle is important to me so I don't usually drink alcoholic beverages. I love biking, and dancing, before when I’m in elementary I’m a member in a dance group, we used to practice a lot of dance movements and love to perform at stage. But now that I’m grown up I usually dance alone in the house. I love travelling and hoping to be able to come back soon on my province Imelda, Tubajon Dinagat island Surigao del norte. When Iwas kinder i studied there. I was already 6 or 7 years old when I came in manila. I studied here for grade 1 and 2 then came back on my province and I studied there for grade3. I came back here and studied for grade4 to highschool. That time I missed my province so much. I was able to came back when I graduated in highschool.I had vacation there for 2 weeks and eventhough it was a short period of time I had so much fun seeing that place again.

I like people who are fun to be with. I have a lot of friends because I'm easy to get along with. I accept my friends completely with they're differences I don't care what he or she is or what he/she does! As long as he/she loves me and like me back. I also need theire trust on me. I love my friends so much I love "Anxiety" (our friendship name) so much! And I also love our classmates very much! I like persons who can always make me laugh because I like those who have sense of humor.
I am here because I need our proffessors to help me develop my whole being.
